The company was founded in 1880 by William Harry Grindley, of Tunstall, Stoke-on-Trent, England.Flow Blue on white semi-porcelain and has a floral embossed scalloped band with a beaded edge and raised floral designs next to the beading and semi-circular embossed designs on the inner ring.
