Most are two stroke motors, but there are a few four strokes for parts. Read the descriptions for each pic. If it says seized most likely it is from sitting, unless otherwise specified and many motors can be revived soaking the cylinders in solvent. If you need parts for a vintage or older outboard this is the deal for you. If nothing else, you could part them out, sell on eBay and make a pretty good penny.
