Description

Due to circumstances I am reluctantly selling my 1960 StarCraft that I have finished restoring to about 80 with upgrades. I HAVE INVESTED $2000.00 INTO MY BOAT BUT ONLY ASKING $1500.00.My boat is about 14.It comes with a 9.8 hp 4 stroke Nissan 2004 motor that runs great, just installed new plugs. Trust me you will not need to go to a mechanic like I have experienced myself in the past.Newly installed bilge pump.Air Horns.I totally sanded off old paint repainted with marine boat paint, Blue.Totally sanded the surface of the boat filled many holes left from previous owners on the Gunwale. including surface stress cracks on the top of the enclosed bow.I then repainted with marine Brightside Poly, White looks new.On the dash of the boat I custom made a wood covering coated with Helmsman Gloss Spar Urethane.Custom bench style seats, new last year. The steering had not been in working condition for years as far as I know. It is on a cable system with pulleys, I installed new cable and pulleys making the boat steerable. If there is a downside to my boat it would be that the motor is not electric start, speed control, forward reverse is controlled from the motor itself. You can choose to steer from motor or use steering wheel once you get on your way.Spare tire may need replacing.Cabelas battery for air horns, bilge pump lights.OarNew ropes.AnchorFirst Aid kit, new.Fire Extinguisher, new.Fishing rod holdersBimini Top no holes.Portable ladder for swimming.I think I covered it all.....its a good boat.Stored indoor during winter months. I have not moved it from winter storage yet. Please, serious inquiries only, see by appt. ONLY. The boat is stored 30mins. from my home.text or email only. Thanks
