Soldano hot Rod 25 in blue boa with matching anniversary 2x12 cabinet. This is the only Hot Rod 25 in blue boa. Made by hand in the U.S.A. with premium quality parts. This uses a pair of 5881 power tubes, rated for 50 watts, but only getting 25 watts. This means that they last much longer, and they ad a little musical compression. Channel 1 is the lower gain of the two. It is darker and it has a heavy crunch tone. Channel 2 is brighter and has tons of sustain for leads. This will do sparkling semi-clean tones, if the guitar volume is turned down some. The slave out option was installed by Soldano. Due to the small chassis and no other place with room enough, Mike Soldano called and asked if it would be okay to install the jack thru the Hot Rod logo. No tech has ever touched this who wasnt a Soldano employee. Soldano Foot-switch is included. Hot Rod heads are no longer being made. This Hot Rod has been autographed by Michael J. Soldano. The anniversary cabinet is a diagonal 2x12, loaded with WGS Invaders, for musical upper midrange that cuts through the mix. This cabinet is made of 34 Baltic Birch and measures 25x25x11. The 16 ohm speakers are wired in parallel, so its an 8 ohm cabinet. Pro Co-Power Plus speaker cable is included. The Soldano Anniversary cabinet is no longer being made.Shipping is hazardous.
