The address is 5210 FM 3081, Willis 77378. Crimson Crow is situated on 6 acres. At the edge of San Jacinto County and Sam Houston National Forest its an ideal setting if you love nature. A communal fire circlepit welcomes tenants and guests alike, to sit and enjoy the serenity of the setting, or join in the socializing. Either way, youll find the park welcoming. we are in the process of re-clearing the meandering trails out back that lead to a small spring-fed creek. The Park is quiet, crime-free, and small only 12 spots each spot has plenty of space to put your own patio furniture etc. I do have security cameras in use just to keep everyone honest. Its not fancy, but its clean, dry, bug-free, and in a small park with a good group of people who watch out for each other. That being said, everyone MUST pay their rent on time every month. The park is small and run on an extremely tight budget. If you feel that you will be unable to pay your rent on time, in full, EVERY month, then please seek alternative accommodation. Rent is due on the 1st of the month, no later than the 3rd, or theres a late fee of $20 per day thereafter up to $100. Included wifi, trash pick up, water, electricity, and use of all common areas. There is a small laundromat on site, I am in the process of getting two more sets of washers and dryers to put in there that is free to you as long as your rent is paid. MaintenanceSecurity lives on site. We have free range animals out here, chickens, geese, and goats, so if you have an animal, it must not be a livestock chaser or eater. Absolutely no pit bulls or pit bull mixes are allowed in the park. I love the Pitties, I used to own one myself, but the insurance company doesnt much like them unfortunately. 420 friendly, but positively NO HARD DRUGS, especially meth.
