My partner and I currently looking for a temporary sublease for our unit beginning October 1. We are a male and female in our mid-30s and mid-40s, respectively. We are clean, organized, quiet, polite, and work both from home and out in the field part-time. We have one well-behaved black cat who loves people and gets along with both dogs and cats very well.The unit is a two-story, three-bedroom townhouse located in Santa Monica close to Bergamot Station and a number of film and music production studios.The room in our apartment is the master bedroom which is fully furnished and includes its own private bathroom, and this would be a 13-month sublease with the potential option of switching to an annual lease thereafter. International tenants are preferred, but were pretty flexible on this.Additional photos of the unit are available upon request.
