This is a brand-NEW Kidde 3-Story Escape Ladder that extends 25-feet in case of a fire. I bought this a few years back when living in a 3-story condo building and thankfully never needed it. The box is still UNOPENED. The tape you see at the top of the box was just put there by the movers for security when they moved my stuff 2 years ago.See features on photo 2.
