These were on an old boat that I bought and in the process of fixing up - I decided to go with a single outboard instead of two. I took them to Cascade Classic Outboards in fall of 2020 for an outboard check. They have been sitting in my shop ever since. Outboard 11976 25 hp Evinrude with electric start. Compression was 122 in each cylinder. No spark, and evidence of water intrusion in the lower unit. Model number 25653E. Outboard 21961 18 hp Evinrude with electric start. Compression was 120 in each cylinder. No spark, and evidence of water intrusion in the lower unit. Model number 15034.I had plans to fix up the boat and fix these, but its been three years and I still dont have the boat done. So decided to go with just a single outboard. Asking $175 each or both for $300. If someone wants both for $300, they will also get the dual controls.
