Im visiting family for two weeks Sept. 216 and am hoping to rent out my apartment to a single person or couple.I live in a 550-square-foot one-bedroom apartment on the third floor of a gated apartment building in Speer no elevator. There are South- and East-facing windows in the living area and bedroom, so the apartment gets a lot of light. Whoever stays here will water my plants while Im away.The living area has an electric standing desk and treadmill that youre welcome to use. Im taking my laptop with me but will leave the 28 monitor for your use.Please note that I do not have a televisionI use the monitor to watch TV through my laptop.The bedroom has a queen-size bed and a closet you can use. Both the living area and the bedroom have AC.There is a kitchen with all the cooking appliances you should need, including a dishwasher. You can use anything in the kitchen I will give you a quick run-though of how to use and wash my ceramic pans that I love.The apartment is in a quiet building with friendly neighbors who tend to keep to themselves. Theres also a small courtyard with outdoor seating and plants.The building has two washers and dryers that you can use if you download the app. Its $2 per wash and $1.50 per dry, but I do have a clothes rack if you prefer to air-dry your clothes.The buildingcourtyard is gated and has a bike rack if you want to bring your bike and lock it up.The location in Speer is amazing. 20-minute walk to Washington Park, 10-minute walk to Broadway, where there are tons of shops, cafes, and restaurants. The Cherry Creek Trail, a beautiful bike path that cuts through Denver city, is just two block away, and there are many bus stops within a 10-minute walk, like the 0 to Union Station, 12 to Five Points, and 83L.Rent for Sept. 216 is $800 OBO. Entire rent is due upfront. The tenant will sign a basic contract with me. I also request that we meet in person so I can show you the apartment.No smoking or drugs, no pets. Apartment must be clean upon my return. Tenant will pay for anything damaged in the apartment.
