This 1988 Halman 21 double ender, is the ultimate pocket cruiser and is in excellent condition inside and out. The boat has a full keel with 1,000 lbs. of ballast and drafts just 2.83 ft. This three owner, only fresh water boat, has had very little use over its life and has many upgrades. In 2012 a major refit of the standing rigging was done at a cost of $3,510.00, to make the boat a true single handler. These modifications included A Schafer roller furler and new jib, Tides Marine Sail Track, Doyle Cradle Cover System, new main sail with bat-wing mast sliders full length battens and new forestay backstay. With all lines running to the cockpit this boat is easily singlehanded. There are four Lewmar winches, two on the cabin top for the main and jib halyards and two main cockpit winches for the jib sheets. The standing running rigging are in excellent shape. With three shrouds on each side, this is an extremely strong rig. The boat comes with a Wiscot trailer, which has new brakes, bearings, tongue extension never used, new spare tire rim never used. The boat has a Johnson Sailmaster 8 h.p. with long shaft sail drive. The motor was gone through in 2021 and is extremely reliable.
