Mini fridge is in room Park directly in front of house. Two small dog. No drugs, smokers, drunks, party animals, guests or pets. Past rental references a must, good credit and no criminal history Rent $1099 month and equal security deposit. 30 day written notice required to end month to month rental agreement. I have real estate license and background and will be using professional real estate application and rental agreement from Dept of Real Estate.
