2003 Evinrude FITCH 250 hp. Put new rings in motor after loosing compression on one cylinder due to broken ring. Compression now Strb. 100, 100, 90,,, Port 100, 90, 90,,, top to bottom During rebuild Florence came then Dorian so motor set disassembled for a little over 2 years. Put it back together, got it running have video but did not run correctly. Could not find any shops who could fix it. Lower unit good, has a 15x19 stainless wheel.
