I have a cabin or a small home for sale. Its located near the lake at cypress Springs marina on KY Lake at blood river. This area is fantastic for hunting and fishing and any outdoor recreational activities youre in to. Neighbors arent very close and it is so peaceful. Walking distance to the marina also golf carts are welcomed. The house is about 1000 sqft and comes with a half acre of land. It features one bedroom, one bathroom, one kitchen laundry dining area, and a very spacious living room. My favorite part of the home is the porch I absolutely love it out there. There is an enclosed screened in porch that wraps around half of the home and its perfect for sitting outside and relaxing. Its a great place to get away and unwind
