Boat is 12ft long and is in good condition for its age. Motor cranks right up but it has not been in the water in a while. I have the title as well. Comes with trailer, 15hp mercury outboard motor, and more ball hitch hand truck, seat covers, lights, lifejackets, anchors, oars, etc.
