Engines have 1240 hours. Both engines and transmissions run very well.Both Upper and lower helms are equipped hydraulic, steering, Raymarine navigation system, Chartplotter, Simrad autopilot, magnetic and digital compasses. all of it works.Rearaft cabin has full size bed, good storage, and head with stand up shower stall. Front cabin is a v berth whead and shower. Heads are in very good shape and everything works.Good size galley with two burner electric cook top, microwave, and new fridge. Good size dining area with a table that folds to a third bed. The Trawler will sleep 6 comfortably.Large salon for a 36 boat and has a new LVT floor.There are two air conditioning units. One is a 16k btu built-in ac with heat. The second in a new 10k btu portable air conditioner. Both work well.Bottom paint was done just about a year ago and when it was out of the water all through hulls were checked, as were the cutlass bearings... All good.The hull was also checked for blisters, soft spots. Nothing found.The trawler is located in the award winning Stock Island Marina at the Perry Hotel in Key WestStock Island.The slip is transferable and the slip fee is $55 per foot. there are other less expensive marinas in the area and I can help you move the boat there if needed.Stock Island Marina amenities include shuttles to and from downtown. Two pools both with poolside barfood. You also have a nice restaurant, coffee shop, and ice cream stand. Two laundry rooms. Two gyms. Gardening area And more. All of it on the marina property.
