You can clean it off. Dirt, scratches, scuffs and wear and tear as would be expected in a RIB of this vintage. Transom is solid and can be used as-is, but could use some TLC has one stern eye lifting eye that needs replacing, some screws that need removing and the holes need patching with caulk or Marinetex, and some rubber caulking that needs to be scraped off.NO MOTOR IS INCLUDED.Trailer is a no-name bunk trailer in good condition. Galvanized, welded, tilts. Trailer frame is oversized for the boat, but that is a good thing. This trailer was formerly a double jetski trailer, and was modified by a former owner to now have only a single set of bunks. Thus the trailer frame is very wide and could be converted back to a double jetski trailer relatively easily.
