Running great, starting up with minimal effort. Brand new OEM thermostat, thermostat seal, thermostat cover gasket properly installed with OMC gasket sealing compound, water pick up tube grommet, water pump impeller, and carburetor rebuild with new float, bowl gasket, high and low speed needle packing, float needle, float needle seat, nozzle gasket, core plug, and mounting gasket. It appears the shift knob had broken, and was replaced by the 14 rod from the side of the mid section. I wasnt able to shift it by using it, and its in forward gear. It can still be used, just without neutral or reverse. Would be a great fit for a smaller sail boat or jon boat with a longer transom.
