It is a new two story house, in a nice neighborhood, next door to a church.The location is not far from University of Redlands, UCR, and CBU. Ideally seeking students for the house. Since there is one female already interested, we are currently only seeking a female roommate to match. If you have two people who want to move, let me know, because another room will be available in the near future. If you want to rent a room to yourself it is 750 plus utilities, or shared 375 each.Deposits are the same as the rent. Utilities are divided between all the roommates. The house includes washer and dryer, central air conditioning, street parking and driveway if space, a balcony with views of the hills, a backyard with 10 fruit trees, including pomegranate, orange, lemon, grapefruit, and a fire pit.
