Recently purchased this RV to help a family member and couldnt pay the rent. Significant remodeling includes new Dometic AC unit with electric heat, breaker box and inverter, cordless window shades, stereotv console, microwave oven, ventlight fan hood, lights, dining chairs, speakers.Also, brand new wheel bearings, brakes and tires. Title in hand. This trailer is nice, in clean condition, and everything works. The new Dometic roof unit that also has Heat, so it can be Electric in the ceiling vents and propane out of the floor vents at the same time. UPDATE - I will finance a balance for approved purchaser.
