Ready for the lake This classic trailer sailor was born in 1976. I got it on Craigslist three years ago. It was abandoned and in terrible condition. It sat for ten years unused. As a result everything on the boat is only a few years old. It has been sanded down and painted. The bottom was repainted last year. The mainsail is brand new. It has less than a dozen hours on it. There is also a jib and a Genoa, but they are older. They are in good repair. Every line has been replaced. The mast is 28 ft tall. She is a pretty fast boat if you like that. She is happiest out in 10 to 15 knots. All the cushions have been replaced. It comes with a Garmin depthfish finder. It comes with flares, first aid kit, fire extinguisher and ten or more life vests. It comes with dock balloons. Extra lines. Deck scrubbers. There is lots of storage. The trailer is in good repair. It has a solar panel that maintains the battery. Lots of outlets. If I were to keep the boat, I would rebuild or replace the keel winch. Low ballers go home.
