This is a Professionally reconditioned hot tub with new equipment, used top and cover lift assister. The spa skirt is synthetic virtually maintenance free wood, the frame is plastic and wood with a solid ABS bottom pain so there isnt any wood to rot on the bottom. There are no leaks, the equipment was replaced, all jets and features work as they did when new. The equipment has a 1yr warranty otherwise it is sold as is. Also included in price is free basic Metro Denver Delivery or 30 miles from Brighton, CO , additional miles are billed to customer at $6.50 mile. Basic delivery includes placement where there are no obstacles in path from trailer to pad, gravel, hills, steps, raised decks narrow passages etc may require additional labor and or crane and those costs are billed to customer.Customer is responsible for the electrical connection, our delivery crew are not licensed electricians so please dont ask them to hook it up.
