Nice Forest River RP-177 17 foot cer. This comes with the kitchen slide out which gives it some nice spacing to maneuver around easily. Has outer storage at rear for cing supplies and gear needed for csite hookup. It does comes with a 30 service cord to power up cer. Inside you will find plenty of storage in the kitchen cabinets along with various other areas in cer. Has the comforts of home with gas stove, microwave and good size fridge. The roomy front dining area also can be converted into a bed. At the rear is a nice newer mattress that can sleep 2. This area also has some overhead storage along with flip down tv. There is a wet bath with shower , toilet, and small sink. This has hot water heater, furnace and cold blowing AC unit . The cer does comes with new spare tire which is attached to rear reese hitch. Comes with propane tank and batteries for off grid cing. This can be pulled by small SUV as its weight is only around 2500 pounds. There is a soft spot on floor at door entrance from repair done by previous owner. Cant take much to fix. Overall very nice cer for what Im asking. I have clear NC title in hand.
