lower unit off a 2012 3cylinder Mercury 40hp 4 stroke. Fits multiple years and HP. I will pull front bearing and show you the internal gears. I will then install a new O-ring on bearing housing. I will replace he gaskets on the vent plugs and the drain gasket and then fill with oil while you watch. I have not replaced water impeller but would advise you to prior to installation. Asking $450 obo also selling midsection with working power trim and mounting plates for $450 obo some parts off the top end. Will not give codes or anything like that.
