It is illegal to have persons in those seats while in motion.This boat has been kept in dry storage since date of purchase and has only been used in the fresh water of Guntersville Lake. All maintenance has been performed through a licensed sea Ray Dealership. The original purchase was through this dealership in early 2009. As a family we would take it out in the fall a few times for our children to enjoy. We have not been able to use this boat for the last few years due to time constraints and family obligations. Though we have maintained the winterization and de-winterization process as needed. Plus, we change out the batteries every 3 years with them having been replaced this past Spring.
