I have lowered the price by $2000 on this nice 22 2006 PREMIER REAR ENTRY FISH and CRUISE Pontoon Boat with a great running 75 HP YAMAHA EFI 4-STROKE Motor on it that is in very good condition overall inside and out. It has a good Captains Chair, a L-Shaped Sofa in the middle, two more Sofas on each side in the front and 2 good Fishing Seats in the back 2 corners. All of the furniture is in good condition although there are some imperfections due to weathering. It has a Rear Entry with a Swim Ladder attached onto the back deck. It has a very good Live Well between the 2 Fish Seats in back as well as a good Depth FinderFish Locator. It comes with a Bimini Top but it does not have a Mooring Cover. The deck is very solid and in very good condition because it was made with marine grade plywood. The marine carpet is in fairly good condition. Both pontoons are in very good condition. They have never leaked or had any repair work done on them. They were both pressure tested in June and did not have any leaks in them. The railing is in very good condition all the way around. It is currently registered in Minnesota and has a clear MN Title. Please Note I took all of these pictures on October 3rd of 2023.It comes with an great running 2005 75 HP YAMAHA EFI Electronic Fuel Injection 4-STROKE Motor with Power Trim and Tilt on it that is in very good condition. All of the EFI 4-Stroke Motors are widely known to be the best outboard motors ever made. They are much quicker and easier to start, run a lot quieter, smoother and cleaner and get much better gas mileage than the older carbureted 2-stroke and 4-stroke motors. The EFI outboard motors do not have chokes that often flood engines and they dont have any carburetors, which frequently get fouled up and dirty over the years. Cleaning and rebuilding carburetors have been one of the most common and expensive repair costs for many used outboard motors for many years. This motor was recently thoroughly checked out, turned up, serviced and maintained by a Marine Dealers Mechanics. They changed the motor oil and the filter as well as the grease in the lower unit at that time and ran it for a long time in their shop and told me it ran really well. It was in use during July, August and Sept on Big Winnie, Leech Lake and Cass Lake and was starting right up with one turn of the key every time and running very well. We drove it a long ways across a big lake to the boat landing on Oct 1st to load it up and take it out... and it ran greatYou can now buy it now for $12,900 without a trailer or for $16,000 with a New 2024 Dual Axle Bunk or Scissors Trailer.
