2005 aqua Patio 220RE Pontoon Boat for sale. We have owned this 22 pontoon for about 9 years now. It has been great to us but looking to consolidate from two boats to one. It is on a lift on Table Rock Lake near the Shell Knob Bridge and does NOT come with a trailer, so you would either need to be buying on Table Rock or supply your own trailer. The boat has a 2005 Yamaha F90 4-stroke that runs great. Very low hours as shown in the picture are 302. I have always had it maintained by a dealer at the lake that has done engine oil, lower unit oil, water pump and tuneups every couple of years we only put about 10 hours per year on it. Mechanically the only thing that I am aware of that is not working is the power trim. It stopped working a couple of years ago but we never really trimmed or tilted the motor so have left it be as it in a good position to run.The boat has a very nice layout and is a comfortable pontoon. The interior is in very good condition with no rips or tears, I have always cleaned it and conditioned it after use. The carpet is in pretty good condition with no rips or tears but some small stains and some algae on the carpet around the motor area outside of the passenger area of the boat. The exterior has a few small dents and scratches and one bigger gash in the siding shown in the picture covered in black duct tape. The bimini cover is dirty and is missing one of the upright poles but still works to use. The pontoon cover is 4-5 years old with a couple of small tears but still protects the boat. Overall this pontoon shows its age in spots but is very comfortable, quiet and reliable with the Yamaha 4-stroke engine. It cruises in the upper teens to about 20 mph tops so you can tube behind it but it is not the most exciting tube ride. I believe the radio works, but it is nothing special and does not have Bluetooth so we just used a portable speaker when coved out. The boat has 2 batteries with a dual battery switch. One of the batteries is a 2021 and the other was new last week. The boat is obviously wet in the pictures as we had just come off the water last weekend when taking the pictures.I have clean and clear Missouri title on the boat but NOT on the motor. I never received the motor title correctly when I purchased the boat. This would not be an issue in Kansas or some other states that do not title and register boats and motors but in Missouri you are supposed to register motors. I just want to fully disclose this. I can obviously provide a bill of sale and we can do it as a Kansas sale as that is where my primary residence is so you might be able to register the motor in Missouri but I am not sure. Again, I have a clean and clear title on the boat itself.The boat is on a lift on Table Rock and I live in Kansas City so we would need to arrange a date if you would like to meet me to view and water test the boat.
