Through other activities I ended up with a torn-up shoulder and no longer able to work on the trailer.My pain is your gain. I am putting the trailer on the market at a reduced price since not all of my refurbishing is finished. Once I can use my shoulder again, I will finish the trailer and the price will go up accordingly. If you are even a little bit handy, heres a great winter project for you.THE TRAILER IS USABLE AS IS. It just can be made better.This is what I have done this past summerRepaired leak in roof at the back wallReplaced broken vent capsReplaced original floor joists under bunk beds original was cheap pine, I used foundationground certified pressure treated lumberReplaced floor underlayer and floor used Formica as the flooring in the storage areasReplaced studs on back wall and some along sides of bunk beds where needed with treated lumber for water and bug protectionRebuilt back inside wallReplaced floor and wall insulation with better than what was originally thereRepaired ceiling over showerReplaced Power Control CenterInstalled new batteryCleaned and performed maintenance on Air Conditioner.This is what still needs to be doneFinish bathroom skylight ceiling already have the partsWall covering at bunk beds already have the suppliesQueen bed under-mattress wood replacedFront underneath storage floor I already have FormicaWood repair in front wallAwning replaced I already have the awning clothInstall outside trim edging e.g., around wheel wellsNew handle on sewer valve so dont have to use vise-gripsAttachrepair gussets 2 or 3 between chassis and trailer body
