This 2000 Yamaha Road Star Silverado XV1600A is an excellent exle for being 23 years old. It shows no damage from ever being dropped and the original paint is in great shape with just a few scratches here and there. It is missing a chrome visor for a turn signal. Also the front chrome accent on the front fender has broken. Mechanically the bike is sound with a recent tune up including spark plugs, oil change, transmission service, carburetor rebuild and tuning, new fuel lines, air filter cleaning and oiling, clutch adjustment, brake fluid flush, and new battery. She also has a new rear tire and the front only has 3k miles on it. This Road Star has been treated to a few aftermarket performance upgrades over the years such as Cobra exhaust, carburetor rejetting, Barons big air kit with AIS removed, ported intake manifold, 31 tooth drive pulley, 1000 lb shock spring and dog bone shock mount for a 2 rear drop.Cosmetically she has been treated to every chrome upgrade available including rear drive pulley, timing cover, Barons licence plate cover and taillight assembly, front and rear floorboards, highway pegs, Kuraykan grips, shifter covers, brake pedal cover, clutch master cover, brake master cover, Barons big jhonson bars, triple tree covers, fuel pump cover, engine bolt inserts, Cobra engine guard, engine primary cover, front and rear axle covers, ignition solenoid, rectifier cover, front and rear fender accents, speedometer hood, Silverado windshield, saddle bag brackets, choke and idle knobs, seat and backrest rails, cable standoffs.I am posting this Yamaha for a friend, I was the last mechanic to work on the bike so if you have any questions or would like to see the bike please call or text me at 414-739-2437.
