Ive owned this car for almost 5 yrs. and I can honestly say its the BEST FASTEST car Ive ever owned I was daily driving this car up until about a month ago when I picked up a cheap used Lexus LS400. My wife had twins last year and my Formula wouldnt hold rear facing car seats so it hasnt been the best family vehicle. Lol But then again, it was never intended to be. So heres the BIG question....Why so cheap Its got some high miles. About 196K. And theres an issue w4th gear. It started grinding in 4th last year then a few months ago, it started getting stuck in 4th gear. Since my work commute is all highway 60 mi. round trip I just skipped 4th gear. The car has MORE than enough power. I drove it like this for the past 4 months wno problem. The engine, suspension, brakes, exhaust, clutch etc are all strong and tight. Has a few minor issues that are common on these F-bodies like slow window motors rattley doors, but nothing major at all. If I didnt have twin babies, I wouldve replaced or rebuilt the tranny and dove it for another 100K.I have a folder of receipts for upgrades maintenance over the past 5 years. Drive the car away as is or get a used 6 spd off Ebay for 600 and have yourself a 13 SEC. 2600 CAR If youre a STORYTELLER, DREAMER, or TESTPILOT DONT WASTE MY TIME This car has been like a best friend to me Im already a little irritated that Im getting rid of it. If you want to waste my time I will not be pleasant If youre sincerely interested in buying a fast, beautiful, car for cheap money then dont hesitate to call me Ill be more than happy to answer any legitimate questions.
