1969 Gibson J-50 Deluxe. This is a rare model with square shoulder, teardrop pickguard, and raised headstock logo. Sted factory 2nd 2 beneath serial number on headstock which is not a big deal as it didnt take much for Gibson to label something a 2nd in those days. This one has the desirable single X bracing found in pre-Norlin models. Guitar is structurally sound and plays and sounds great. Fretwear is visible but not heavy with plenty of life left. Typical patina of a guitar from this era. Original bridge was replaced very common as no one liked the adjustable bridge that these came with. top was likely refinished at some point. If youre looking for a great old Gibson that sounds and plays like it should and has plenty of character, then this is for you. Cash only.
