I have a 1988 17ft Pacer with a 90hp Evinrude outboard engine come with trailer. I bought the boat about a year ago for a project. I unfortunately havent had the time and will not have time soon do to work. The engine does not start due to the stator not working and other issues that can be fixed if you have basic knowledge and tools. Feel free to text me for more information.
