1974 Wayfarer class sailboat, great condition, well maintained, ready to sail. Built by bryant Boats under license from designer Ian Proctor, it is a genuine Wayfarer, hull number 3505. Fiberglass Mk1-style hull, mahogany seats, centerboard, rudder and trim, aluminum spars. Includes good main and jib. Two large watertight stowage compartments also provide buoyancy. Includes Pamco tilt-bed trailer.The Wayfarer is a well known and respected design with a large following. Very popular in England and around the great lakes region, it is less well known here in the west. Here is your chance to get a nice one right here in the treasure valley. As well as class racing, the wayfarer is often set up as a cing daysailer and is featured in books by Frank and Margaret Dye and others who have used the Wayfarer for extensive adventures in open water, including sailing from England to Iceland and in the North Sea.
