Needs a starter and battery battery. Bellows need replaced, I already have the kit, also have a new steering arm, hinge bolt remover and alignment bar. Bimini top fish finder, marine and stereo. The price is well below the value of the boat I paid 2k for the motor alone Love the boat but times are tough and i need the cash Dennis .
