I know were getting close to the end of boating season, but here is a 1997 sea Ray 175 Open Bow for sale. Please read carefully. I will be happy to answer any questions on the craft. I have gone over this boat front to back and it is a great running item. The Kelly Blue book on this boat is more than Im asking for it, so no low balls or deals. Cash only. No refunds. Boat may be test driven at my home on Long Lake. If it doesnt sell, Ill put it in dry storage and try again next year.1. Floor is solid, carpet and seating is in very good shape. A slight amount of wear here and there, but nothing to be embarrassed about.2. Motor is in excellent shape. It is a 190Hp 4.3 XL with around 270 hours on it. Has new plugs, cables, oil is fresh. All new filters. Ignition system updated to high voltage using exact replacement Delco system. Carburetor rebuilt. New starter. New ventilation blower.3. Lower unit gone thru, cleaned and painted. All new gaskets and impeller.4. Shift cable, boot, trim and trailer sensors, exhaust flappers and gaskets are five years old and in good shape. New gimbal plate installed with less than an hour on it. Stainless steel prop in good shape with a few small dings in it thanks to Coldwater Lake.5. New ignition switch.6. AMFM CD radioplayer.7. Trailer is in good shape. Some rust here and there. New runners and carpet. Tires are original and appear to be in good shape, but they are old.8. Boat comes with a cover, but it isnt in good shape at all and needs replaced. Im not going to do that.9. The reason Im selling the Sea Ray is that we are no longer in need of a fast boat and bought a small pontoon that suits our needs much better. I did all the work on the boat because I originally intended to keep it until I die. Things change...heh.
